The Block is the world's smallest city builder. It's an indie game developed by Paul Schnepf and published by Future Friends Games in 2022. Place randomly generated buildings on a square and build up a tiny but perfectly formed city block. It's a very small game - more of a tiny little toy with no goals or challenges - hence the very small price :).
